These terms are between you and Ozsly LLC, Minnesota, USA ("we"). By playing Cleartone you agree to them. If you downloaded the game from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies. If you downloaded it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.
We give you a personal, non-transferable license to play Cleartone on devices you own or control. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or modify the game, except where the law allows it.
Remove Ads is a one-time purchase made through Apple or Google, who handle payment and refunds under their own policies. It turns off ads and gives one free Continue per run. You can restore it on a new device with Restore Purchases while signed in to the same store account.
The free version shows ads provided by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the sites they link to.
Scores, stats, streaks and unlocked designs are stored only on your device. We can't recover them if you delete the app or change devices.
We may update, change or stop offering the game or any feature at any time. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
The game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the game in the past 12 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, except where your local consumer law gives you more protection.
