Cleartone is made by Ozsly LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the game uses and why.
We do not ask for your name, email, or any account. Your scores, stats, settings, unlocked designs and Daily streak are stored only on your device. We cannot see them, and they are deleted when you uninstall the game.
The free version shows ads through Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect your device's advertising identifier, IP address (used for approximate location), device and app information, and how you interact with ads. Google's use of this data is described at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
On iPhone and iPad, the game asks for permission before ads can use your advertising identifier for tracking. If you say no, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized. On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, the game asks for your consent before personalized ads are shown, and you can change your choice any time under Settings, then Ad choices.
The optional Remove Ads purchase ($1.99, one time) turns off all ads. It is handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never receive your payment details. We only learn whether the purchase was made, so ads can be turned off.
Apple and Google may share anonymous crash reports with us if you have allowed this in your device settings. We use them only to fix bugs.
Cleartone is meant for a general audience aged 13 and over, and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
You can turn off ad personalization, reset your advertising ID, or uninstall the game at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to or deletion of data about you. Since we keep no personal data ourselves, requests about ad data are best directed to Google, but you can contact us and we will help.
